Let me start this by stating that I found the switch in names (from "library" to "knowledge center") completely unnecessary and silly. That aside, I just found out one really cool aspect of the new Knowledge Center.
When you find a book one the online catalogue, you can text the info to your phone. With a click of a button under the book's information, there is the option to send the location of the book to a cell phone. Since I usually do most of my searches at home and jot the call number down on a piece of paper that I inevitably forget to take to the library and then must do the search again, this new option is pretty neat-o.
I tried it out. In the text message, it gives both the book title and the call number. How cool is that?
